Can I switch billing frequency?

Review available options in Settings with the payment provider. Confirm the current price, taxes and any immediate charge before making a change.

What happens to my horse’s history if I cancel?

Access continues to the end of your paid period. Your saved history remains available in read-only form; cancelling does not delete your records.

Can I get a refund?

Read the refund policy for eligibility and how to contact support.

Do I need experience training horses?

No. Equintt tells you what you’re trying to accomplish, what to do next, what to watch for, and when to stop.

What if my horse is already past the first few steps?

You don’t automatically start from the beginning. Equintt first works out roughly where you and your horse are, then confirms it as you work together.

What if my horse does something I wasn’t expecting?

Tell Equintt what happened. What comes next can change based on your horse’s response.

Do I need to use Equintt every day?

No. Come back whenever you’re with your horse. Equintt remembers where you left off.

Can I use Equintt with more than one horse?

Yes. Each horse keeps their own goals, sessions, observations, and journey.

Is Equintt meant to replace a professional trainer?

No. Equintt helps you work more intentionally between visits and through everyday goals with your horse. When something falls outside what Equintt can safely help with, it should tell you.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. The monthly plan can be cancelled anytime.
